Terms of Service — Polaris eSIM

1 Service Description

Polaris eSIM (hereinafter "the Service") is operated by Neutron Star Technology Inc. (Tax ID: 83114084), providing eSIM digital communication services worldwide. Through partnered carriers' Local Breakout networks, the Service delivers overseas mobile data plans to its users.

After purchasing an eSIM plan through this platform, users will receive a QR Code, which can be scanned and installed on compatible devices to activate internet services.

2 Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity to use the Service. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian before use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account; the Company assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the leakage of account passwords.
Use of the Service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, distribution of malware, or infringement of others' rights, is strictly prohibited.

3 Payment and Billing

All product prices are subject to the display on the platform page. The company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; orders completed before the adjustment will not be affected.
Upon successful payment, the system will automatically send the eSIM QR Code to your email address. Please ensure that your email address is correct.
The company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the inability to receive the QR Code due to an incorrectly entered email address.

4 Service Usage Guidelines

Each eSIM QR Code can only be installed on one device. Once scanned and bound, it cannot be transferred to another device.
The validity period of the eSIM plan starts from the time of activation. Any remaining data after expiration will automatically become invalid and will not be extended or refunded.
This service is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Excessive use (such as long-term streaming or large downloads) may result in speed reduction or disconnection.
Hotspot sharing functionality depends on the plan; some plans may not support it or may limit hotspot speeds.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this platform (including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, code, and interface design) is owned by Neutron Star Technology Inc. or used under legal authorization. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or any form of commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

6 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The company does not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. The company shall not be liable for compensation when service interruptions are caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, war, damage to telecommunications equipment, changes in government laws, etc.).
The maximum liability of the company shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction and shall not include any indirect damages, loss of business, or compensation for mental distress.
The network quality, speed, and coverage of mobile data are affected by local telecommunications infrastructure. The company does not provide a minimum guarantee in this regard.

7 Amendment of Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be posted on this page without further individual notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the modified terms. We recommend that you check this page regularly for the latest regulations.

8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any disputes arising from these terms, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
