We currently support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment platforms.

After successful payment, the eSIM QR Code will be sent to the email address you provided within 5 minutes. Please ensure the email address is correct and check your spam folder.

Yes! You can enter your discount code in the "Promo Code" field on the checkout page. Promo codes have validity periods and usage conditions — please confirm your code applies to the plan you are purchasing.

Most international versions of iPhone released after 2018 (XS and newer models) and some Android flagship phones support eSIM. Mainland China version phones usually do not. You can use our eSIM Compatibility Check Tool to confirm.

Typically, an eSIM QR Code can only be bound to one device. Once successfully installed on a phone, it cannot be transferred to another device. If you accidentally delete an installed eSIM, it cannot be recovered and must be purchased again.

It depends on the plan you purchased. Some plans support hotspot sharing, but speed may be affected. Please check the "Hotspot" label in the plan details before purchasing. Hotspot sharing consumes more data, so it is recommended to use it cautiously.

If you run out of data, speeds may be throttled to 128Kbps or disconnected entirely, depending on the plan. You can purchase a new eSIM plan to continue using data. Topping up an existing plan is currently not supported.

eSIMs are digital products. Once the QR Code is sent, the product is considered delivered and is generally not eligible for a refund. Refunds are only accepted if our customer service confirms a product defect. For detailed regulations, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

If you encounter connection issues while using it overseas, please contact our customer service (polaris.esim@gmail.com) "immediately." After troubleshooting by customer service, if the issue is confirmed as a product defect, we will process a refund based on the unused portion. Issues reported after returning home will not be accepted.

Not necessarily. You can choose to purchase as a guest; you only need to provide an email address at checkout to receive the eSIM QR Code. However, registering an account allows you to view order history, manage invoice settings, and use other features.
